Job Description
You will receive Bond leads from one of our offices, investigate the propsect's suitability for bail, make a bonding decision, then meet with the client to complete the paperwork and arrange release on Bail.
Requirements
You must already possess a Bail Agent License for the state in which you want to work and be in good standing with your Bail Agent Association and State Licensing authorities. You should also be willing to participate in apprehensions of defendants who fail to appear in court.
